The awards ceremony was the highlight of the day during which the award-winning companies exchanged ideas on innovation strategies, future trends, and successful development processes. The award underlines that innovation is not based on individual ideas, but it is the result of a corporate culture in which new approaches are consistently encouraged and implemented collaboratively. 

Back in February, MINDA had already successfully passed the scientific selection process, which included more than 100 evaluation criteria. Among other things, the assessment evaluated management practices that foster innovation, innovation processes, the innovation climate, and sustainable innovation success. The TOP 100 seal confirms that innovation is an integral part of MINDA’s corporate development.
